On Friday, November 11, 2011 in afternoon New 7 Wonders NGO released the results of the largest global choice made in the history of mankind.
Is estimated at several hundred million voters in the world to freely elect the new seven most beautiful natural places on this planet.
And finally, the Iguazu Falls have overcome the different levels he went through this contest.
A media competition, it is true, but very effective in promoting tourism.
To think that competed on an equal footing with places as widespread as the Grand Canyon or the Great Barrier Reef in Australia put us in a place of privilege and consideration of millions of people who, perhaps because of this campaign, met this gift of nature that we share with Brazil, bordering the province of Misiones.
We won! Iguazu Falls won! Argentina won!
Today we can say proudly that they are Iguazu Falls privileged within the seven wonders of nature, although we expect in early 2012 to the final count of votes.
Argentina, the falls have been voted by hundreds of millions of people worldwide who believe that future generations should enjoy this gift that Mother Earth has given us.
Up to us now that this show does not become predators.

Today more than ever we need people and flying the flag State of Sustainable Tourism for the resources that attract millions of visitors, are the Falls, Nahuel Huapi National Park, La Quebrada de Humahuaca and the Perito Moreno Glacier, to mention only some – maintain the attractive intact and human intervention is the least invasive as possible.
Are we mature enough to understand that quality and quantity sometimes they conflict?
