A new flight from Argentina, this time in Eastern Cuba, power today tourist exchanges between the two countries, according to an official statement reflected the sector.
The Ministry of Tourism (Mintur) of this country adding that the trip from Buenos Aires to the eastern city, began on Tuesday with itinerary from Argentina’s capital Buenos Aires to Havana. The operation, says the note, will occur every Tuesday until May 1next to Boeing 767 and capacity for 300 passengers.
The plan provides for the possibility of extending these trips throughout the year. With this new flight, Argentina becomes the source market to Cuba, after Canada, manages the largest number of direct flights to more locations within the country, the statement emphasizes.
During the first four months of 2012, Argentina will increase to eight the number of weekly flights (six Cubana) between Buenos Aires and Havana, Varadero, Cayo Largo, Cayo Coco, Santa Clara and Holguin.
