The tour starts departing from the airport in Buenos Aires. Once you arrive in Iguazu airport our tour guide will be waiting for you with a sign with your name to give you the exact pick up times for each excursion you will be taking during your stay and to take you to the hotel. In the afternoon will pick you to take the tour to Las Minas de Wanda (Wanda Mines) which are located 40 km away from Puerto Iguazu at the site of semiprecious stones of Wanda.
There you will find an opencast site that will be visited with the company of a local guide that introduce you with the various stones that can be found in the area explaining you their origin and formation. You can see samples of agate, quartz, rock crystal, amethyst and topaz. In the first part of the visit you will learn in a natural state about the gemstones.
At the end of the tour, you will enter in the Stone theme park for a self-guided trail that will allow you to know the myths and legends of the Forest.
And to end you can visit the shop where the finished products are shown and of course you can take a souvenir! At the end of the tour we will drop you off in your hotel.
After breakfast we will pick you up early in the morning to visit the National Park of the falls on the Argentine side. You will be guided through many walkways in the National Park of Iguazu Falls to have an amazing view over 200 waterfalls, visiting the greenway, the lower circuits strategically designed to have an intimate encounter with waterfalls and charming corners of the forest, the upper circuit with magnificent panoramic views of the waterfalls and the river formed by a set of lush delta islands and finally the devil's throat with the ecological train that is indescribable for its beauty and energy that excites all people. This circuit offers an impressive mix of sounds and scenery.
This place is a must. In the afternoon you can choose to make the great adventure boat trip, it is an optional tour (not included in the price) that take place inside the Iguazu National Park. It is an 8 kilometers circuit through the jungle in a 4x4 truck, plus a 6 kilometers motor boat on the Iguazú river rapids, which includes a crossing to the Devil’s Throat and San Martin falls. In the case you don’t like the boat you can go on visiting the catwalks of the lower trial that offer incredible feeling because it's right where falls explode. At the end of the tour you will be dropped off in the lobby of your hotel.
Breakfast in the hotel and at scheduled time transfer to airport and flight back to Buenos Aires. End of our tour.
